Generations, A granddad tending to the grandchild. How sad at times, when the knowledge and experience could not be passed from one generations to the next because the gap is too huge. One just could not understand the other. Each generation grew up at a different times, and that shape their personality to some extend. —–

What a wonderful photo. In my observation grandparents can often be the “sacred bond” uniting generation to generation. You can tell that the little boy loves his granddad and his granddad loves him; and things are just that simple. Things are much more complex between parents and children.
Excelent shot!!
This is a beautiful portrait. What I particularly like about it is the grandfather’s obvious love and concern and the grandson’s air of just being relaxed and happy on his grandfather’s knee. A great entry for this challenge.
